Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the many trails (including one at 50m) and the Nantes-Brest Canal. You can also rent bikes or a boat in Saint Martin sur Oust. In the surrounding area, three parks will delight children: the Parc de la Préhistoire with its dinosaurs, the Ferme du monde in Carentoir and Tropical Parc. 15 minutes away, discover La Gacilly, Yves Rocher's country with its museum and botanical garden, its photo festival, its craftsmen. Voted the most beautiful village in France in 2016, Rochefort-en-Terre is 2km from the cottage. You will also find a grocery store, craftsmen (brewer, beekeeper, basket maker, etc.) and a Belgian bar/restaurant in the village. Beaches are 30 minutes from the cottage to enjoy swimming and about 1 hour away are the salt marshes of Guérande.
